What are the requirements to receive financial help?
SOLO is designed to help those single parents with their financial needs, primarily “Back to School”.
The recipient must attend 75% of the time - Christian Education Class, Sanctuary classes and attend specific classes through the year. These will be announced in the church bulletin...so pay attention.

Greetings, friends and family of Mercy Medicine!
GREAT NEWS OF GOD’S FAVOR!
God has blessed Mercy Medicine with a STL vehicle which will be used as a mobile clinic for the children in the villages. Janice and “The Princess” provide excellent taxi service, among other things, for which we are grateful.
There are many urgent needs that the Holy Spirit reveals as we travel further into the remote areas of the mountains. The women have great compassion for the poverty around them. They themselves also struggle with this each day, yet they go out to visit and try to do “home-based care.” God has laid a burden on my heart to teach them the fundamentals of nursing care while they pray for and minister to the spiritual needs of the sick and shut-ins.
I see Mercy Medicine as a channel of the grace, mercy and compassion that our Lord Jesus demonstrated as He walked this earth. We are determined to do all that He has asked us to do. He has sent us to turn over the soil, plant the seed, water it with His Word and nourish it with His compassion; then He will send others to harvest the field of His believers. PTL!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time you have partnered with me in prayers and financial support, you have been part of this work. I pray over you and your families. We are in this together for the women and children of this great land. SOUTH AFRICA will be saved. I believe this with all my heart and even more each day: As the enemy tries to lie, kill and destroy, our Lord sets up a standard against him!

Jackie - Missionary to kids
I am still working on language acquisition. Little by little...I will learn to speak this language! I have also begun exploring the city and seeking God as to where I should locate the drop-in center for the street children ministry. My wonderful new Speed the Light vehicle has made this part of my work so much more effective! Once again a HUGE Thank You to the students of Alaska for providing me with this tool so amazingly soon!!!
Please keep praying that God will enable me to learn the Bengali language. And please pray for me as I seek Him for the Drop-In Center location. Also pray as I begin doing all the preparatory work for starting up the ministry that He will guide my steps in every detail and that I will be faithful to hear His voice.
